OuR Story
Rodney Bell and his sons Travis and Lachlan-Of Bellevista- are among Kangaroo Island’s largest and most innovative wool and crop producers.
The Bells trace their family history back to the earliest days of agricultural production on the island, in the middle of the 19th Century
Three Generations of the Bell family have grown wool at Bellevista, expanding the business by buying or leasing land, and diversifying into meat production and cropping.
Currently Bellevista manages approximately 4200 Hectares across 14 properties, running 17,500 adult sheep that produce approximately 450 bales of wool and 4000 prime lambs as well as producing approximately 5000 tonne of grain comprising of Wheat, Canola, Barley and Faba Beans.
